Review:

I absolutely love a good age gap romance and this one was right up my alley! There is that definite edge of taboo in King and Cressida’s story with her being his teacher, but it just worked so well and added to the anticipation of them getting together. Cress is a 26-year-old teacher finally learning to live after being stuck in a marriage. This story is about her finally letting loose and getting the chance to finally discover who she is. King is the 18-year-old son of The Fallen MC and he’s so full of life and love and adventure. He’s also a total nerdy romantic when you peel away the bad boy layers. Every time he opened his mouth I swooned hard! Their romance is set against the backdrop of a major MC rivalry that threatens their relationship. Here are a few things I enjoyed that you might as well:

-teacher/student, age gap tropes
-MC bad boys who recite swoony poetry and love to laugh
-romance with an edge of suspense
-endless romantic gestures that make you heart squeeze
-loads of steamy scenes
-ex-husbands who get what they deserve
-when Cress uses her ‘teacher voice’
-Zeus *drools*
-it’s set in Canada!

TW: torture, drugs, murder, kidnapping, violence.
