This or That Book Tag

I found this amazing tag over at Howlin Books but it was originally created by  Tea and Paperbacks.

Reading on the couch or on the bed?

Definitely bed, but I’m notorious for accidental naps while reading there. It’s just so cozy that it’s hard not to!

Male main character or female main character?

I definitely prefer a female main character because I feel like I relate more. I mostly read male POVs if its a multiple POV book.

Sweet snacks or salty snacks when reading?

I’m sweets all the way! I have a monster sweet tooth.

Trilogies or quartets?

Trilogies. I hate when a series is so stretched that you don’t even know what’s happening any more.

First person POV or third person POV?

First person! It’s more relatable overall and super easy to read!

Reading at night or in the morning?

Night. Definitely night. The best thing ever is reading until you fall asleep.

Libraries or bookstores?

Bookstores. Especially Indigo because it’s my favourite place to just chill out. Even if I don’t buy anything I love browsing the shelves because it’s soothing and the atmosphere is great.

Books that make you laugh or books that make you cry?

Laughter is the best medicine. Plus, I hate crying.

Black book covers or white book covers?

Black because I love how simple, yet striking they are. Plus, white covers can get dirty and I bet other bookworms can relate.

Character driven or plot driven stories?

I like a healthy mix of both. Obviously if I had to choose I would say character driven, but you can’t really have a good book without both. But if the characters suck then what’s the point of reading?
