Rachael’s Questions For Me:

1. Paperbacks, hardbacks, eBooks or audio books?

Honestly, it depends what I’m in the mood for, but I mostly go for the hardcover books. I just love how much more design effort is put into them and they look beautiful. Also, they tend to stay open more while I’m reading, which is a plus. They also tend to get damaged less than a paperback too.

2. Do you prefer buying your books online or in a store?

In store all the way! I love heading over to my local Indigo and just walking around browsing the shelves for books. I find it super relaxing and the atmosphere is a breath of fresh air!

3. Are you enjoying your current read?

Well, I currently have a few reads on the go right now, but one I most recently started is The Last Namsara and I’m loving it so far! I started it on audio book but went out and purchased it because I knew it was going to be amazing.

4. Most anticipated book of 2018?

Ugh, this is such a difficult question! There are so many great releases coming! Off the top of my head, I’m really excited for Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody. It sounds amazing!

5. Are you part of a book club?

Unfortunately, no!

6. Favorite TV show?

I’m super bad at picking favourites, but right now I’m completely obsessed with The Blacklist! Reddington is totally an anti-hero and I’m really loving his character.

7. Most books you ever read in a month?

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever kept track of this but I’m going to say probably 5 or 6?

8. Most read author?

Definitely L.J. Smith! She actually wrote The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle, and The Night World series. Her books are massive, but her writing is addicting!

9. First book on your wishlist?

Totally Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody! I’m DYING to read it.

10. Favorite movie?

The Lion King will forever own my heart.

11. What book should everyone read?

I recently finished Everless by Sara Holland and it was incredible! Everyone should add it to their TBR!

Thanks so much for nominating me, Britt, and I really enjoyed reading your answers. I super agree about hardbacks. I used to love reading paperbacks (I think because they were cheaper??), but I find them quite floppy now and it’s so hard to keep them to stay up like hardbacks. Ace of Shades sounds sooooooo amazing. I’m with you with can’t wait to read it! 😀 And I’m definitely going to have to check out Everless! Wonderful answers and can’t wait to answer your questions! 😀

Paperbacks do take a lot of effort sometimes! Hardcovers are more expensive but worth it most of the time. Ace of Shades is at the top of my 2018 TBR I’m so excited for it! Everless was epic and I’m sad that the second book is so far away. Have fun!
